Hey love!
By , do you mean 12 Grimmauld Place, or do you mean the Black family? It could go either way with that wording lol.
The house of black family not the place.
But do you mean the first time we see one of the members of the Black House? Or the first time the entire House of Black is introduced, like the family tree/history?

🦋
I'm taking it as the actual phrase and concept of the "House of Black," ancient pureblood family and all that. Correct me if I'm wrong please.

Poppet is right. It is literally what it says (The Family/Purebloods) not what it could be (the actual house). Was the House of Black first mention in Order of the Phoenix or not. I hope this helps.
Just to add just in case anyone else is confused both House of Black and 12 Grimmauld Place were introduced in the same book. Which either way the thought process goes the statement will still give you the same answer. :D
Okay cool. I just wasn't sure, cause it could be a trick question (as in, when was the FIRST House of Black person mentioned). Just wanted to make sure :)

🦋
but it says family not person. If not the question would be completely different :)
Reminder to you lovely hufflepuffs that this ends tonight(in about 12 hours) so get you answers in if you haven't already!
(Also, the crossword is due tomorrow. If you're like me and haven't done it yet cough)

Closing this up until can award points!
It seems there was some confusion with some statements. Please, keep in mind that if one detail, fact, or phrase of the statement is wrong then the whole statement is not true/false.
The same can be said if a statement only uses one fact that is true then the statement is true.
(For example: The portkeys statement. There were other options but I only offered 1 fact in the statement which was true.)
Even when I make tricky statements I still stick to true or false facts. Hope this helps!
